Lomilomi is an intricate massage passed on from lineage in the Hawaiian communities. It is so specialised that it is only ever taught with permission from the elders. Lomilomi utilises gentle touch and unconditional love in its technique, allowing you to open up to its healing. You will be put into a deeply relaxed state, enabling physical and mental release and relief. It aids in rejuvenating the body, improving circulation and lymph flow, and instils a sense of peace and harmony.

What to expect:

It can take up to 3 months to see full results. Some clients see results after 2 week where others it can take longer. The cleaner you eat, keep hydrated and exercise the better the results will be

- No cardiac stents.

- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.

It is recommend that you have a minimum of 4 sessions and then up to 10 session to see full results.
