  • When do I check in?

    Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of your first class. This enables us to show you around and get you settled in.

  • What do I eat before my first class?

    We recommend not eating for at least two hours prior to attending one of our classes. Participating on a full stomach can make the class a lot harder and you may feel ill in certain positions, especially in yoga.

  • Do I need to bring anything?

    For each class, you will need at least a yoga mat, blanket, and bottle of water. We can provide mats, yoga blocks, straps and pillows if you need them, depending on the class you’re participating in.

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend wearing light, breathable clothing that is easy to move in and, most importantly, feels comfortable. All classes are completed with either bare feet or in socks.

  • What happens if I miss a class?

    You have three hours to cancel your class before the allocated start time. If you cancel after the three hours you may be charged a fee or forfeit a class from your pass.

  • How do I book?

    You can book a class through the Mindbody booking system or download the Mindbody app and search Bodhifit Studio.

  • Can I bring my mobile phone?

    We request that all phones are either switched off or on silent during class. We want to minimise distractions and allow all students the opportunity to be fully present, especially during meditation or yoga nidra.

  • Online

    Our online memberships are a great option for those who are unable to visit our studio or make it to our allocated class times. For just $15 per week, you’ll receive:

    • Access to all of our live streamed classes via zoom.

    • Access to our extensive library of pre-recorded Bodhifit signature workouts, anytime. Workouts include all class styles and range from 15 minutes to one hour.

    Recommended Equipment:

    • 2 x 1kg hand weights

    • 2 x 1kg ankle weights

    • Small Pilates ball

    • Round resistance band

    • Long resistance band

    • Yoga Mat

    • Yoga Strap & block.

    • Rebounder (tramp classes only)
